Fizz website says "It’s currently available to many residential addresses in Quebec and Ontario" I think this would imply that they are offering Videotron's LTE mobile internet? Not the cable version. Videotron's website says " Roaming rates apply outside Videotron and its partner network in Quebec and Ottawa area."
