OK - got Erika this time and she has been much more helpful. She's logging a ticket.

I just got someone named Raluca on help. They told me that my texts do not go to newfoundland because they dont cover newfoundland.... which... they do... as a coverage area. So that was wrong. And also - that would make no sense as to why they weren't going through - or why they would stop all of a sudden. i'm waiting for…

+1 for this problem. Ottawa (613 number) -> Newfoundland, multiple 709 numbers... texts are not getting through. They appear to send fine on my end, but my family is not getting them.
