It might have changed since I first signed up, but it was definitely before pressing submit at the initial SIM card order

Unfortunately, as others noted, just with add-ons. I started off with 8GB so I have more than enough data each month (especially with rollover and upgrades)

My billing cycle re-started today and I was charged the regular amount so it is confirmed just a display bug (for me anyway)
