I solved the issue by resetting the factory defaults, and reprogramming the settings to reflect my Internal network needs. This time I made a backup of the settings from the admin page in case I have to do this again. Fingers crossed it is a single event. All working as expected now. Thanks

AS Sari states, there is very little downtime. The tech "has" to verify the cable quality and he/she delivers the new modem. The mac address of the new modem has to be authorized and that takes a few minutes after connection. The default settings of the modem/router may be fine with you so you would be down for about 20…
