JROCK: Nothing new there, unfortunately. Last notification is from two days ago when I activated the SIM and got a referral bonus. :-/

JROCK: I haven't received any notifications from either party about the status of the port. The CSR didn't seem to know what the issue was. She took down my to-be-ported number, Videotron account number, and the phone's IMEI and said that someone would get back to me. That was this morning. :-/

Activated my SIM on Tuesday evening and began trying to port from Videotron - still waiting. No notice from Videotron that they've even received the port request yet. Chatted with a Fizz CSR this morning and she said she would escalate the issue. No resolution yet. :-(
