Apologies! I didn't think of mentioning that the phone purchase(used) would be for my father-in-law whom already has a plan with TELUS. I myself already am a Fizz plan customer.

Hi Andrei, Thank you, it worked! However, there is a problem with how the website is set up that there is NOWHERE that indicates customers on How to correctly change "payment method".
