Anyway, a phone call would help the technician to confirm the appointment with the customer before going to the place or in case he cannot make it to let the customer know. And actually, that was when I have been connected to Fizz back 3 years ago.

And to send out a confirmation of the scheduled appointment

It would be good to let the customer know by email the procedure in the case the technician missed the installation appointment.
