I would recommend leaving the APN settings as they are, since everything is working fine, but if you change it maybe it won't work anymore. "If it ain't broken don't try to fix it". Fizz uses Videotron's network so there is nothing to worry about. If it ever stops working, then you can set up Fizz's APNs.

Yes, you can use the same travel add on in Austria. If you purchase a data travel add on for Austria, it will say "Zone Europe" too. And this makes sense since the European Union works as a single zone, with no roaming for example, when it comes to cellular networks.

My guess is that it is an inaccurate automated message and the data that will rollover is going to be whatever you have left by the end of your billing cycle.

You can use on the line you prefer, but you can't use it on both at the same time.

Check the subscription area here, it is highlighted in green: https://fizz.ca/en/coverage If the area code is outside the subscription area, then Fizz cannot provide a phone number with that area code.
