Just wait. It took me 2 hours to use it because it took time for fizz to cancel my previous plan.

As mentioned in many forum threads here, your referral bonus will become effective on the next payment cycle.
-
Mobile: Absolutely (cheap prices, rollover data, rewards to earn) Internet: Not at the moment (just as what kobray mentionned)
-
You have to pay 5$ (+ taxes) again.
-
Yes, they will charge you no matter the condition of your credit card.
-
As of now, there is still no app for fizz. They only have an app for fizz internet.
-
It will stop and you wont be able to use it.
-
It will expire in 2 years. I contacted them through messenger and some forums in here confirmed this as well.
-
Yes it will still be reduced
-
yes you can, but it applies in your following month
-
If you are using iOS, make sure to update your carrier settings
-
You’re just granted a few extra points, that’s pretty much it.
-
You simply need to update your profile
-
I did used my data daily
-
@mike go to overview->see usage. I think there is a mistake in my case.
-

-
I thought i was the only one..
-
Yes you can
-
One more thing to add, could it be 2 years upon beta release, or just 2 years from your subscription?
-
Never had an issue since they fixed it this week. Just try rebooting your phone.
-
Just use messenger, they are pretty reliable there. I’ve contacted them there 3 times already and they have always resolved the issue. Only gripe is that you need some patience.
-
Rebooting the phone worked for me twice when I was in your situation.
-
Should be a bug. I once got notified that I have used 90% of my data on my second day of subscription..
-
I received mine after 4 days, so you should be fine.
-
Are you using android?
-
You have to realize fizz is still in beta, just stay patient.
-
Restart your phone and change your apn (if you’re in android).
