Yes I have Canada wide mobile Plan and I set my phone to allow Data roaming on partner networks, It was using LTE but it was inconsistent when I was in Belleville and Picton area. I was able to connect to a public wi-fi to find solutions for it. But even after resetting the network config, it worked for a couple of minutes…
