i got a reply to my "follow up to a complain" and they ask me Could you please contact us tomorrow by chat so we can retry together the portability? are you telling me you are closing the day at 15h00? and i must contact again tomorrow? and i doubt i'll see the mysterious chat bubble tomorrow. smh
