I performed all the steps outlined in the support section. I asked for a new sim card in the chat but they can not send one w/o tech support looking at the issue. this is completely unacceptable to leave someone without phone service

It is the sim card. I tried it in an other phone - same issues. still no reply from tech support still not able to use my phone to send / receive calls

Yes. I am in the zone and have had no problem with coverage in the past. The technical team seems to have gone AWOL. LOL

@Olic I also upgraded to a 5Gb plan, but that is a problem as well. My new billing cycle started on Sept 20, but I have no new data. 😏 none! Not even the 1gb and bonus data I usually get.
