• I figured it out. I need go to my plan- manage plan-payment method - to set the new one as default. I can delete the old one now. Thanks for this community!

• made a phone csll，ok. the provider is AT&T， went to setting， it is with correct provider. very frustrated. was hoping to use the phone as GPS.

• just tried to put on airplane mode 30 seconds phone is set to choose 3G 4g automatically data still not working? any other solution?
