When can I expect this email? I paid over 6 hours ago. What is there to investigate? Just process the payment.. seriously I expect a discount for the wasted day and no internet. Sorry but you must understand our anger and disappointment.

Nicolae, how can I check with my bank??? the payments has not been processed on my behalf. just checked my account.... it says up to 2 hours. it has been more. please help
