I doubt this issue is even being looked at. This has been in limbo for many months now. I wouldn't be surprised if they revamp the whole point system.

Agree with Fizzy, email may not be legit. Log into your account...do not use the link in the email...and see if anything changes with your payment method.

You probably still have vm until the end of your pay cycle. Wait and see if it gets resolved after that and contact support if needed.

Are you trying to add more than one US add-on at a time? You may have to use up the first one before you can add another one.

If you want to switch to Fizz and want to keep your old number, DO NOT CANCEL WITH VIRGIN FIRST or you will lose your number as soon as your contract is cancelled. Port over your number to Fizz and once the porting is completed, your Virgin account will automatically be closed. As mentioned, you may have to pay the balance…

Are you sure the SIM is bad? Let it dry and try it on another phone first.

Thanks all. I confirmed with support that nothing is tied to the actual phone number. I will not lose my referrals or points or levels. It will not affect the plan itself so the intro price will not change.

If you need to make the odd phone call that is not included in your main plan, you need to add money to your wallet first. When you make the call, the cost of the call will be deducted from your wallet...similar to the pay as you go model. if you require frequent calls not included in your main plan, you may wish to look…

Beta prices are over if you were one of the first subscribers. You will keep your intro price if you don't change your plan as of today.

Once you unsubscribe, you automatically lose everything, points, referrals, bonuses, everything. If you unsubscribed by error you may contact support and see if they are willing or able to make an exception for you.

Go ahead and modify your beta plan now. Don't wait for the last minute just in case. The changes will only come into effect at the end of your billing period and not right away. You will keep the intro prices if you do this.

After adding a new card, make the new card the primary. It will then allow you to delete the old card.

This service is currently only available in Quebec and the greater Ottawa region as per the website FAQs. Whether that will change in the future is anyone's guess.
