The representative on fb just messaged me again, and said that it looks like the payment went through on their end and everything is fine. They escalated this issue to the concerned team, and hopefully they can resolve the "double charge" situation soon.

They got back to me on fb, and asked me to send them a photo of my CC transactions so they can look into it. Fingers crossed!

I have messaged them on fb, but I can't seem to access the chat in my profile. At the moment, I can't even see my profile fully as it shows me an error when trying to navigate in my account.
