I do have the right add ons and I did all the step recommended by Fizzy. The problem here is I can't even make local calls at all, nevermind call calls to USA. Anyone has a good web app for calls to USA that is not Skype ? I have an urgent call to make

Yes, I know add ons are supposed to be instant. They said the will open a ticket for this issue but, I'm afraid it's going to take ages before I get an answer and get this problem solved. Not too impressed with service so far to be honest.
