  • Hi! You'll find detailed instructions here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem. Essentially, place the modem in any box that can be taped shut and tape the bar code/label to the top of the box, then drop it off at any Canada Post and keep the receipt :)
