I can't reach them. It's been an hour I am on waiting line on their chat... On another tab I tried to reach them on Facebook, but still no answer. I guess we are a lot to try to contact them. If they could at least tell us what is happening here... : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

I am having the same issue this morning. It asks me to sign in to the network. I have checked the APN, they are correct, (or at least they match what is they say on their website). Did you solve the issue @Johnathan_G ?
