  • Update! the technician came with a brand new modem and everything is now working just have to set it up again. As you'll see with the photo no red ring so it may be an easy tell on if you have a broken modem for anyone in the future.
  • I had got in to contact with fizz support and they belive it is the modem after doing the troubleshooting once again and waiting for them on there side to see if there was a connection to the modem. I have an appointment with a technician to view and hopefully fix this matter as fast as possible. And yes Fizzy it seems…
