Had a similar issue. Friend used my code, I was with him while he was filling the form. It never showed up on my referrals I chatted with Fizz but they were unable to fix it

They advertise LTE, we pay for it, would be nice to have it. I hope this gets resolved this week.

Seems to intermittent as well... my wife couldn't send/receive texts last night and again tonight for about an hour each time.

That is what I thought, another bug :) I tried with both email and number to two different users and unfortunately had the same issue.
