When I had my internet with fizz I had the same problem. Contact support and I hope you get a better response than what I got. Please if you fix the issue it will be nice of you to responde here :)

Not just the dinosaur badge. If you have search enough in the community hub you will see a lot of questions (from me even). I contacted fizz for a lot of badges (addon, travel addon), For me it just started happening in the last few month

You can keep your phone number for sure. but contact fizz first. they will confirm that to you. also after you cancel any line that phone number stays locked for a year or so

There is no store for fizz but they now have their sim available at couche-tard

Reset your modem: 1 - Unplug the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem. 2 - Make sure all the lights on the modem are off once you have unplugged it. Wait ten (10) seconds. 3 - Plug your modem back into the electrical outlet. Expect a three (3) minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.

As Lieux said for the phone you will be able to use it only for 3 month. for the modem, when you cancel you can say when do you want to stop the services. And they will give you instructions of how to return the modem. You will have a few days for it so dont worry about it.

Returning your modem should have nothing to do with your phone number. You can be up to 3 month outside subscription area. And to keep your phone number you just have to go to any other provider and they will just switch you with no problem.

The LTE standard covers a range of many different bands, each of which is designated by both a frequency and a band number. 1700 is for Latin America and Caribbean I dont know if it will work here since the AWS standard is 2100 I believe. You probably should ask fizz directly

Sometimes our devices disconnect from wifi for different kind of reasons and some times we don't even realized because it will change to data. If you really want to make sure you don't use data in case of wifi disconnection when you stay home try to deactivate data

Same thing happened to me. I actually returned the modem and still have the receipt. I contacted them and they created a ticket but still it has not been resolve. I don't know how the manage this modem reception but is certainly no manage as well. Is the third case already

Short answer is no. Like Mike said you get points and discount per services. So if you have phone you can get discounts and perks you can use per month and is the same if you have internet.
