I am in this same situation but to make matters worse: payment was due yesterday but Fizz sent me the payment failed email TODAY and at the same time, the payment is overdue email. Their support page clearly shows I have until 11:59pm the first day of the new payment cycle to avoid service interruption, which is TODAY.…
