I got the same peoblem. Can you explain a step by step for me to try and fix this? Its been 4 days AND I STILL DONT GOT A FIX. iF IT CONTINUES IM JUST GONNA DIP FROM fIZZ

Thanks. I tried everything. I messaged them they opened a ticket but said it could be a few days before someone gets in touch with me. I want to figure how to fix this before that if possible. I'm not paying to be without receiving text for a few days.

I have bars but 3g & LTE not working.

How much longer???????
