I completed all the steps showed in https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-or-send-text-messages and nothing works.

This is EXACTLY my situation right now. Fizz is telling me my Virgin account is closed so they can't transfer the number… My number is transferred...that's what closed my account. Everything works except I can't receive texts. Not sure if Fizz knows how to fix this.
