When I go into my account and choose the button of make changes to my plan, it always show BILL CYCLE INVALID. No one answers my request from Fizz.

I know Fizz is prepaid service, if I want make changes to my plan, it's only for the next month. But, the problem is the system doesn't allow me to make changes in advance. And there is no date of start and date of end of my bill cycle, every one is the same? Fizz billing cycle is nature calendar month?

The problem is my home phone is inside quebec, only the number starts with 613.... And I've tried to make changes to my plan, but it always shows billing cycle not valid.

It's not an issue of my phone. I've tested the sim card of fizz with 3 different phones, all without incoming message.
