You have to contact their support through Facebook or the livechat bubble. They had to reopen my 3 times before finally fixing it. Not sure what the issue was.

I'm having the same issue, i don't receive SMS from my friends and family from other carriers. I switched SIMs with my colleague with Fizz and his SIM works in my phone but mine doesn't in his. I've contacted Support and they said that the fact i got the Intro SMS from Fizz it should be working but its not.

Did you just activate your SIM card? If your getting an error when clicking Resend Notification, you have to wait until Fizz texts you that the setup is complete. I had the same issue. For me, the resend notification doesn't work, so i had to manually setup the APN.

I'm facing the same issue, the ticket that i had opened got closed because the Technical team said it was resolved but after rebooting it still didn't work. I contacted support again and they reopened the ticket. My APN is set correctly and SMSC is the correct number Hopefully soon it'll get resolved...
