Just following up that customer support was able to fix the $5 wallet issue I had while roaming. Hopefully, that bug is now a thing of the past.

Just got back from 5 days in the Dominican Republic. Before the trip I bought the 1G travel add-on for Latin America Zone and also put $5 in my wallet to cover texts. Network was Altice.
