Chat bubble still not working. I checked that Pop up is allowed. Here is the warning message from Fizz.ca : "If the chat bubble still does not appear, it means there is a number of sessions waiting for us beyond our processing capacity, please leave us a message on Facebook Messenger or on Twitter private."

Thank you guys for your help. Here is the update. After one day of sending the Contact Form, I got an email reply from Fizz. In their email, they only sent me the link for activation. I know where to activate the SIM card so I don't need the link. Nothing was fixed. Still cannot activate. Message still shows "This code is…

I have the same issue. clicked the Chat button many times but never had chat bubble showing up.
