@VicVictor you tube kids is not available in Quebec and it would seem that as the fizz traffic is being routes through Montreal you are effectively being geoblocked. Would still suggest raising a ticket but that could a likely the cause

So @VicVictor all the fizz traffic seems to be routing via Montreal. YouTube kids is not available in Quebec so I think it is effectively being geoblocked. I would still raise a support ticket but that is my guess to the why.

Have noticed in Richmond BC download / upload speeds have become glacial last few days. Not sure if there is a process to flag
