Get a chat going for technical support if you have a question that relates to your account. Seriously.

The answer if you have a question that you cannot find the answer is chat. It is always chat. Seriously.

I kinda agree it would be nice to have more clarity or information generally but frankly I’m perfectly fine being in beta. Since this is self serve, well as much as possible, I would appreciate maybe something like “issue we are aware of officially” so at least we’d get less incidents reported.

I finally got mine activated this morning. I can’t send using the phone number but my other emails do work to send and receive. I had to call Apple to get my # dissociated from iMessage since their self serve option would it work with me since Fizz doesn’t relay short length SMS # currently.

The chat option is up again after being delayed this morning. Take note of the message and see what happens when you speak with them. Took me about 1h to wait in queue but my issue was escalated.

Known issue: see the answer from Wizz in this thread: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1803572-sms-apps-2-factor-authentication-going-work Basically any short SMS code are not being sent or processed by the network. Has been on-going for 1+ month.

A few minutes at the most from me. The time it took to shutdown the phone, swap SIM and turn it back on. Cell voice in and out, SMS out and data work. However receiving SMS does not. Ported from Fido.
