Well my speed is capped at 30M. It is a weird congestion :) Yes, I was paying $55 to Videotron for 500gb with 60M speed. Now it is 120M unlimited for $40. I can get used to a 1-hour congestion at 30M. But what if it went worse?

In the last two days, between 7.00 PM and 8.30 PM my internet speed went down to 30 Mbps from 120 mbps. But other than that I had no issue. MTL.

I cannot use upgrades on the second phone number. I had to contact the customer care to do it.

The prices are written above. I had the same. Paying $45.99 including tax for 120 Mbps in MTL. They had cable internet only.it is unlimited.

I had Videotron cable internet at home. Now I have fizz home internet. I can answer questions if you like.

For credit card payments, I do not have the pick the unit number, street number is fine. You cannot even select the street number? I think I read somewhere that some people could not enter adresses because they were using chrome. Have you tried a different browser?

My phone almost always shows 4G+ and I have no speed issues. Montreal.

Same here. It drops to 3G but I would say it is kind of slower than what I expect from 3G. Did not cause me any issue though.

Well, Fizz chat is kind of broken and there is no call center. It would just be too hard to reach someone fast.

They are supposed to install the cable of the "cable internet" anyway. There is no fee for it.
