most of people doesnt work for those that it does they are lucky

@Fizzy, i already know that but that doesnt give info on what is the issue. i know the network is down i am trying to figure out if it an on going issue and will it happen every week so i can get an alternative

the funniest thing is it i read few people saying fizz was unawares that the network crash it like if they dont use there own product to know it.

the network is down

i am in ndg and the service is still down. i had a important telephone interview which i miss. sadly i am having a bad experience with this company. no customer service line to call in for any difficulty. no update. i wonder if the gonna compensate this.
