Solved by manual input the receiver number

I used android to send and there is no problem. I have unlimited text. When switch back to iphone and cannot send message again. So its not the plan problem. more like Iphone configuration and I checked the service center it is ok. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-or-send-text-messages followed all these.

I found the solution. I added some value in my wallet and problem solved.
