I changed over to another mobile provider. I asked for the cancellation and reimbursement of the plan. The problem is not caused by the weather. I have no problem with Virgin and my bro uses Fizz without hurdle.

One thing I dont understand is my plan is deactivated but I got charged for it! So why I was not refunded. If it was the case I would be happy to get another plan (and change this number that triggered the error on the first place). Oh I see, that's a possibility indeed. Though the underlining issue is not as it was escalated no later than yesterday morning. I can only wait for the support team with my ticket but I need to get this mobile plan working asap.
