Thx for the link to their policy. It states that they control upload speed and not download. Which in my case, IPTV is download only. So it doesn't make sense. Guess I'll contact support at 8pm to see what's up.

No, le prix est bon jusqu'a que vous annuler votre service ou changez votre plan. Par contre les augmentations de base s'appliqueront toujours. Par exemple si tout les plans augmente de 5$, ton plan te coutera 55$.

Cable internet doesn't guarantee the advertised speed. I would start my doing a speed test off-peak hours. (From 12 am to 8am and noon to 6pm) If you don't acheive that 120 mbps than I would open a ticket with fizz to see if something can be dont from their end. The phone shouldn't matter, as long as you move your sim to the new phone you should receive the calls to that phone.
