  • Hi - I only have internet service from fizz and I am opening transaction history and services agreement from the same plan. Although I can clearly see that the customer account number is different. So the information you provided above is not accurate.
  • Also, the Customer Number on the Service Agreement appears to be different from the one available on the receipt via the transaction history.
  • Hi - This, unfortunately, doesn't solve my problem. Is there a reason why my name is not on the invoice? Is there another invoice that can be requested?
