The best way to put it. That would involve too many resources and not fit their cute UI design. Don't forget, their designated market is a 12-16 yo teen that doesn't care about details, just "how much$"

@Marc, Same thing for me. Working IT in health care as well, had to downgrade my 2FA. Do you know how much paper work is involve? My "relationship" is about to hit an all time low, thinking divorce... BTW, go on LinkedIn and do a search for fizz/employees...you'll mostly see directors of this or that , super duper snazzy…

It's not you nor your phone. It's fizz not knowing what they're doing. Just a bunch of UI designers making things "cute" and unreliable cuz that what they learned last week in class.
