Yes, Fizz, if you cannot fix the problem as you promised in a few weeks, you need to tell your users why. You need to tell us what makes this issue so difficult and what you are doing about it. We can think about, and if we don't see hope, we can choose to leave. We cannot wait forever, in the dark.

It has been 4 months rather than a few weeks ... I would like to know what the really problem is. Why is it so difficult to fix? Does it involve buying new equipment, or just fixing a software bug? or negotiating with all of each online business senders? How long exactly are we expecting to have it resolved?

They wanted me to contact Fongo/Textnow to solve the problem from the caller's side. I think most of my porting was correct - that's why Fizz saw everything looks correct and most…

I also asked Fizz on their Facebook. No answer in email/text/fb so far. I can receive calls from many friends so the information I provided when porting my number is correct and it worked, for some phones. The providers that cannot call me are Fongo, Textnow, CIK. That's what I already noticed. They all appear to be…

It seems mobile users from Fido can call me, users from IP phone companies such as Textnow, Fongo, CIK, etc, cannot call me. They will hear "The number is not in service"
