Do you mean, that FIZZ not allowed to use A51 by some reason... like because the phone is not 5G, maybe...?

Is it possible the problem to be in the FIZZ SIM card?

I'm customer of Fizz defore the 16th of March 2022. But NO, i didn't received that email. My plan covers US. And, NO, my SIM card don't have a red lightning bolt.

Me! I'm in US now and I can't make calls - only messages and internet... And Fizz too, according the list!

I have Samsung Galaxy A51 and that phone is not compatible...
