it turns out that fizz is not providing internet services on my street, which is weird as they provide on my neighbor street.

Hi Sean H., I tried what this link suggested: https://help.blackberry.com/en/priv/current/help/thc1426617257532.html but I wasn't asked to enter a block password, which means it had been already set before. Trying to change it, I'm asked to enter the old one, which brings be back to square one.
