You are suppose to be able to reset your payments information in My Profile -> Payment Method at the end of the page. You can contact the customer support with 'Chat With Us' in the Contact Us section. They will reset it for you. Maybe my question wasn't clear. I know that the Guest Wifi is different from my 'real' one. The problem is that when I activate the Guest Network, Fizz activate a 2.4G and a 5G guests Networks (So I have 3 wifi networks).
