Electricity is back here in Longueuil but no wifi in my modem. I tried to unplug the modem for 15 minutes... And plug it back... Nothing. No wifi, no ethernet? What to do?

Thanks for your answer! I just bought a new phone with fizz (samsung galaxy a52)... So it will be compatible.... And I will use my old phone at home using my fizz home wifi Internet.. For a few months.... Until samsung end updating my old phone.... Soon

My previous reward was to apply a monthly discount on my monthly payment. This is what I did. So, there is no solution to respect my actual plan price. If I take my first and old sim card and move it into my new phone do I have to create a new plan?... More expensive than my actual plan?

In a previous discussion here https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/1862068/multiple-sims-card-on-same-account It says that we can have as sim cards as we want on the account, is this really true?

My phone is already working fine with the fizz mobile plan and before ordering the home internet WiFi modem ($75) (for my home desktop computer) I wanted to be sure that both ( phone and desktop computer) Will connect correctly to the home wifi módem..... and save More gigs on my Montly fizz phone plan........... My mobile…
