@Whizz, I already did that this afternoon and sent the photo to your support. They say everything is fine ... and they won't send a technician. This is hopeless.

@Mike, I tried to check a service status page, no update since March. The "Chat with us" bubble does not appear in the solution hub / technical issue ... @Whizz, I got 2 more disconnections tonight, this is getting worse and worse so I did the factory reset and will see if it is any better ...
