There is a reset button in back of the modem which you press with any pin like object and that will reset the modem to factory settings, after use the login info on the sticker of the modem to set it up again.

Sometimes Cable Internet can be slow, depending on how many users in your area are online at the same time.

In order to use your own router, set the fizz router to bridge mode by disabling the Residential Gateway function option. The fizz modem however, must be used.
