Classic Fizz response (in that they don't have a response) While I understand that networks will experience problems from time to time, Fizz makes no efforts whatsoever to give tech support or even minimal customer service to their customers (help bubble rarely pops up, fb chat never replies within an unacceptable time)

Thanks and yes my card is still valid. I tried to contact Fizz but so far all the replies I have received have not offered any solutions. Their "reply" was that their technical department wouldn't accept my usual payment method. There was no reason why this was decided.
