I had the same issue. It got fixed after chatting with them, I wasn't able to do anything from my side. There are many users waiting in chat. So open a help page in French instead by using the link https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-faire-un-renvoi-dappels

The chat is not available. On FB they respond in the morning providing not relevant information or not even answering the questions. Not sure what to do...
