I experienced the same, Moshe. There was two different address referring to my account. I had to verify it and change it as there was a mistake. Be sure to check if everything is correct on your side before to call for a replacement. Good luck.

Hi Bruno, I have the same device as Dominic. For it's prize, it's very convenient. Although, you can find lightweight alternatives, but at higher prizes. It can vary a lot starting from 100 and going up to 350$ easily.
