So i get this reply from Fizz: "Hello Darren, The specialized team has analysed your situation and they say that it's solved at the moment. You have Zone_3 add-on but for Aruba you have should bought zone_4 add-on. Due to this, you cannot make calls. Thanks for your understanding. Have a lovely day! Corina, Fizz Team" Hey…

Well hopefully it gets fixed for the next person, as my holiday is over :).
-
I have a Pixel 3 and can connect to two of the local carriers. I contacted fizz, they escalated the issue. My guess is I'm sol while here but hopefully fixed for someone in the future.

Hi Mike, I set the network to 3G prefered and nothing changed. I switched to both providers again. I'll take a look at the link and see what I'm missing.
-
They have lots of modern cell network features missing, VoLTE, wifi calling, text message issues, ohhh and a stable network. Simply put, it's a budget service with budget price. If you need it for anything critical do not use.
-
Fizz does not support voice over LTE, as such when you make a call it drops back to 3g. This is normal. VoLTE allows for wider band conversation, meaning better sounding voice calls.

I have the same problem, 3G, 3 beeps then hang up. Come on Fizz its not even Friday.........
-
Hi Allison W. Thanks for the update.
-
Yeah i have restarted the phone, no fix. Just another note, anyone notice how many times you have to restart your phone with Fizz. On Rogers my phone never turned off for months.
-
Fizz, How about an update? Its one thing to have a network that is not working as advertised, but you should provide some updates for your customer base. http://bfy.tw/LILs

Yeah the phone will show connected to the network LTE, but if you try and use it data access is gone. Weird problem, ill keep checking it.
-
I did another phone reboot, will see how long LTE stays working for.
-
It was working fine, but the last two days its been awful.
