Yeah I have noticed that, for my case it looked like we needed a new wire since the previous one was damaged but yeah. Hopefully it goes well with the rest of the fizz users

UPDATE: I got my internet back today. The wired were replaced by a third party company i think ? It wasn't videotron but yeah. The Speed is struggling a bit thought.

@Jess_i88b6 yeah I've seen that sadly we're not given an ETA or anything at all. Just hoping to get the connection back before work starts again.

I have talked to the rep also but they couldn't provide and ETA regarding when it will be back. I've been keeping track of videotron but its the same situation. Which area are you in ? My location never got the internet back at all :/
